These terms apply to the Lock-In website and web app ("Lock-In", "we", "us"), operated by an individual under the name YourAgent, Serbia. By using Lock-In you agree to these terms.
Lock-In is a self-help, education and peer-support service for people who want to stop gambling and manage their money. It includes tools (streak counter, SOS exercise, blocking guide, budgeting), short lessons on personal finance, and an online community.
Lock-In is not medical treatment, therapy or a crisis service, and it does not replace a doctor, psychologist or psychiatrist. Lock-In does not provide investment, legal or tax advice; lessons are general education only. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a medical professional.
You must be at least 18 years old. You use a nickname in the community. You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
Lock-In Krug costs €17 per month (taxes may apply depending on your country). The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app ("Moja članarina"); access continues until the end of the paid period and you will not be charged again. If a payment fails, we retry for a limited time; if it still fails, the subscription ends and paid features are locked. The free plan remains available.
Payments are processed by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), which is the Merchant of Record for all orders and also handles billing support and refunds.
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your first Lock-In Krug payment, for any reason, by writing to lockin.podrska@gmail.com or through the Lemon Squeezy receipt email. Later renewals can be refunded if requested within 7 days of the charge and the paid features were not used in that period.
We may change the service or these terms; we will announce material changes in the app. You can stop using Lock-In and delete your data at any time.
Lock-In is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, including financial losses from gambling or investment decisions.

Lock-In je alat za samopomoć, edukaciju i podršku zajednice, nije lečenje i ne daje savete za ulaganje. Morate imati 18+ godina. U zajednici su zabranjeni tipovi, tiketi, linkovi kladionica i pozajmice. Lock-In Krug košta 17 € mesečno, obnavlja se automatski i otkazuje jednim klikom u aplikaciji; pristup ostaje do kraja plaćenog perioda.
